This evening the Najjembe based side have unveiled goal poacher, Jumah Lutakome as their fifth signing ahead of second round.
The former Gomba Lions striker Lutakome has penned down one year contract employment from the FUFA big league side Paidha Black Angels.
Lutakome has been outstanding for Paidha Black Angels in the past three years as he helped the West Nile side win two trophies, as well as earn promotion to the FUFA big league last season.
He was an influential figure, and scored one of the goals when they defeated Northern and Gateway (2-0) in the promotional playoffs at Bar Okoro stadium in June last year.
The versatile forward he previously Featured for Buganda regional league side Wobulenzi United from 2018 – 2022 where he scored 36 goals. He also guided Gomba to their record fifth Buganda Masaza Cup title in 2020.
The forward becomes the fifth signing in the ongoing transfer windows following the earlier acquisition of Hussein Ssenoga, Lumumba Norman, Shafiq Avemah and Joseph Othieno.
The leaders also have extended two players contract’s of Birungi Alvin Atwine and attacking midfielder Abdul Kalanzi.
