Uganda Premier League new entrants Gaddafi football club has completed the signing of attacking midfielder Steven Munguchi from Kcca FC.
Munguchi has put pen on a two-year employment contract that will keep him at the Entenbe-based side until the 2026-27 campaign.
The development was confirmed at the club’s official Social media handles on Friday, July 25, 2025. He rejoins a side he helped to earn promotion to the Startimes Uganda Premier league in 2020/21 season.
Munguchi was voted the Most Valuable Player of the FUFA Big League season 2020/21. He becomes the second player to be unveiled by Gaddafi FC in this transfer window after Hassan Ssenyonjjo who joined from Wakiso Giants FC.
The former URA Football Club midfielder also featured for Solitilo Bright Stars FC, Kakiri Town Council, Kick It Soccer Academy among others.
