Cricket Uganda has unveiled a 14-player Victoria Pearls squad to take on Canada in the upcoming 2025 Victoria Series.
The series, scheduled from August 18 to October 27, will be held at the Lugogo Oval in Kampala, as part of the ICC Women’s Cricket Week Celebrations.
The squad features new additions Jimia Muhammad and Teddy Oyella, as well as the return of Sarah Tino. Captain Janet Mbabazi expressed her excitement about the team’s preparation and welcomed back Sarah Tino, saying, “I think we are in a good place. The team has been working hard since the year began… I believe we are all pumped up and ready to do our best.”
