A total of 40 goals were scored on the opening day of the 2025/2026 Betpawa Futsal Super League .

These goals were scored across Six games played at Old Kampala Arena on Friday evening 24th October 2025 .

With each team playing one games on the opening day, defending champions Mengo city scored the most goals with .In the first game they Obliterated Entenbe Cheetahs 10-1 in the last game of the day.

Farouk Tumwesigye was simply unstoppable — scoring for fun — while Anthony Male bagged a brace.Joshua Aziku, Billy Nkata, Arafat Kabanda, and John Musasizi added their names to the scoresheet in a performance that set an early gold standard for the season.

But the night wasn’t just about the champions — debutants Lubiiri Falcons Futsal Club made the loudest possible entrance!

In their first-ever top-flight match, the new boys stunned UG Kop 6–0 with a fearless display of flair and precision.Arafat Ssentongo led the charge with a sensational hat-trick, Mansour Kintu added a stylish brace, and Najib Muwonge opened the floodgates with the first goal.

Rebranded side Old Kampala Futsal Club (formerly Crown Lubiri) also hit the ground running, brushing aside Lamansia SC 4–0. Fresh signings from Park FC made an instant impact — Abasi Muluya struck twice, Michael Abura added one, and Kulane Baker sealed a confident victory.

Elsewhere, Lubaga Grameen downed Nansana ASKA 6–2 with Frank Ssebatta bagging a hat-trick and Reagan Kimbugwe adding a brace.

QC Mbarara overcame Kisenyi FC 3–1, while Kabowa Dream Team edged Edgars Youth Programme 4–3 in a seven-goal thriller that closed a memorable opening night at Old Kampala Sports Arena.

The action resumes on Friday, 31st October 2025, with six more matches — including the long-awaited kickoff of the inaugural Women’s Futsal Super League.
