The Uganda Cranes earned a spirited 2-2 draw against top Moroccan club AS FAR Rabat in a friendly match on Saturday, boosting morale just before the 2025 AFCON finals kick off next week in Morocco.
Denis Omedi opened the scoring for the Cranes after receiving a long pass from Bobosi Byaruhanga, showcasing calm control before netting the ball.

Substitute Ivan Ahimbisibwe later scored the second goal to secure the draw for Head Coach Joseph Paul Put’s side.
