Musa Ssegaabwe is locked, loaded and ready for battle.

The Segamu 14 Racing star has confirmed he is fully prepared to take on the 2026 Rajiv Ruparelia Memorial Rally, the penultimate sixth round of the Uganda National Rally Championship, slated for October 8th-10th in Gulu City.

Ssegaabwe will once again unleash his potent Škoda Fabia RS N5, backed by his loyal Segamu 14 Racing Team, on Gulu’s punishing 260.88km of challenging terrain. With his trusted co-driver Mathias Kiyega calling the notes, the pair are plotting nothing short of victory.

It has been a stellar 2026 season for the duo — a brilliant second-place finish at Mbale Rally and a strong showing in Masaka have cemented Ssegaabwe as a formidable contender.

But the mission in Gulu is clear: close the gap on title rivals Hassan Alwi and those above you.

This year’s rally carries extra flair. It will headline the vibrant Gulu City Carnival, a massive celebration that is expected to fuse high-octane motorsport with music, culture and thousands of fans from across the country.

For Ssegaabwe, it is more than a rally. It is a shot at glory.

Can the Škoda star conquer Gulu and throw the championship wide open?
