The FUFA Big League outfit Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation football club (UPPC FC) formerly Gaddafi FC has confirmed the acquisition of Kiryowa George and Opiyo Nelson ahead of second round kick off.
Kiryowa joins Gaddafi FC from the Uganda Premier League club, Police FC and has signed a two-years deal. He comes with a vast experienced as a defender to add his services alongside veteran savio Kabugo in the backline.
The second signing Opiyo, came from Pader based third division side Pajule Lions Football Club.

Speaking about the move, Opiyo said; “It is a great opportunity for me to play in the FUFA Big league. When I heard of the interest from Gaddafi FC, I never thought twice. It has always been my dream to play for a big team. I can’t wait to get started, enjoy the journey and help my team in any way I can.”
“The strong competition here has not scared me. I believe I can be the best player in my position, and with time, I will prove that to everyone.”
Gaddafi are FUFA Big league table leaders with 30 points in the 14 games of the first round winning nine, drew thrice and lost twice.
