The 2022 Masaza Cup champions, Busiro Ssaza, have continued to strengthen their sponsorship and marketing portfolio ahead of the 2026 Masaza Cup campaign.
On Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Busiro Ssaza officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ice Spring Drinking Water Uganda limited, which will serve as the team’s Official Water Partner for this year’s tournament.
The partnership was unveiled at Ice Spring Drinking Water’s limited headquarters in Nsangi along Masaka Road. As part of the agreement, the company donated over 750 cartons of drinking water to support Busiro Ssaza throughout their 2026 Masaza Cup campaign.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Busiro Ssaza Media Officer Sinani Waiswa praised Ice Spring Drinking Water for its continued commitment to the growth of sports in Uganda.
“Water is a very important ingredient in the life of an athlete. It has been a significant cost for Busiro Ssaza to ensure that our players remain well-hydrated throughout training and matches. We are humbled to have such a partner providing this essential support, and we are excited to welcome Ice Spring Drinking Water on board,” Waiswa said.
Ice Spring Drinking Water is one of Uganda’s popular and affordable purified table water brands. Known for its refreshing taste, the brand is distributed across the country and is available in a range of convenient packaging sizes, from 500ml bottles to 5-litre containers.
The partnership is expected to play a key role in ensuring that Busiro Ssaza players remain adequately hydrated as they seek to reclaim Masaza Cup glory in the 2026 edition of the prestigious tournament.
