For Ugandan football fans, the biggest story isn’t just the movement of players, but the strategic “raid” of the Uganda Premier League by Kenyan ambitious sides—most notably the “free-spending” Nairobi United.
The most talking point of this window has been Nairobi United’s aggressive recruitment from Uganda’s NEC FC. The Nairobi-based side, under the patronage of Nairobi City Governor, Johnson Sakaja, has secured a quartet of Ugandan talent to bolster their campaign:
