The Buganda Masaza Cup organizing Committee has appointed match officials to handle match day one over the weekend. Eight matches will be played across the Buganda were three games will be on Saturday as five will be on Sunday.
Waisswa Alex will handle the contest between Ssese and Buluuli with Semakula Christopher and Zziwa Emmanuel as his first and second assistants respectively as Mutunzi Paul the fourth official.
Kimayo Stephen will oversee the contest between one time champions Kyaddondo and three times champions Bulemeezi at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo on Saturday. Mafumu Mustafa and Mutesasira Jackson will be first and second assistants while Nantongo Rachael will be the fourth official.
Jumba Solomon will referee the contest between Kabula and Singo and will be assisted by Mukasa Julius and Katabalwa Jothan with Ssekajugo Edward the fourth official.
Mugisha Ismael will be in charge of Busujju against Busiro with Mugalu Aziz and Yiga Enock as the first and second assistants respectively. Kakundu Frank will be the fourth official.
Nasser Kirya will handle Mawogola against Butambala and will be assisted by Babirye Mary and Wanyama Davis as Ssekanjako Ibrahim the fourth official.
Masembe Joseph will be in charge of Mawokota against Buwekula with Mbabali Samuel and Katabalwa Jonathan and Zziwa Charles the first and second assistants as Matovu Suleiman the fourth official.
Kikabi Ronald will officiate Kyaggwe against Kooki and will be assisted by Nanyonga Eron and Bbosa Joseph while Kiggundu John will be the fourth official.
Miro Ibrahim will handle Bugerere against Buvuma and will be assisted by Nayebale Barbra and Namazzi Mariam as Mbazira Joseph the match fourth official.
