Rayon Sports have appointed a new coach, Ferry, who is set to arrive in Kigali on Friday, December 19, and will be officially unveiled by the club. Ferry, 58, replaces Lotfi Afahmia, who was sacked in November due to poor results in the Rwanda Premier League and an early CAF Confederation Cup exit.
Ferry brings extensive African football experience, having worked with Accra Lions (Ghana), Eding Sport (Cameroon), AS Dakar Sacré-Cœur (Senegal), Azam FC (Tanzania), and AS Vita Club (DR Congo). He’ll watch his new side from the stands when Rayon Sports face Gorilla FC at Kigali Pele Stadium on December 19.
Meanwhile, Rayon Sports have also agreed terms with Ugandan attacking midfielder Muhamed Kagawa Ssenoga on a two-year deal, keeping him at the club until December 2027. Ssenoga was leading the Uganda Premier League scoring charts with six goals in 10 matches for Express FC

That’s fantastic news for Rayon Sports! It sounds like a really exciting addition with Ssenoga joining the team, I’m looking forward to seeing how they perform.
