South Sudan Giants Jumus FC has officially announced the signing of talented goalkeeper Richard Anyama from Uganda Premier League side UPDF FC. Anyama has signed a two-year contract with the South Sudan Giants.
Anyama’s Impressive Record
Last season, Anyama helped UPDF FC stay in the Uganda Premier League, finishing 9th with 39 points. He is known for his ball-playing skills, shot-stopping ability, and exceptional one-on-one performances, keeping 9 clean sheets in the 2024/25 season.
Awards and Accolades
Anyama received 5 Uganda Premier League Player of the Month nominations and appeared several times in the Uganda Premier League Team of the Week. He is among the top five performed UPL goalkeepers, following Chris Kusiima, Alfred Mudekereza, Hannington Sebwalunyo, and Joel Mutakubwa.
