Uganda U17 National Boys Football Team (Uganda Cubs) has learnt it’s opponents for the forthcoming TotalEnergies U17 Africa Cup of Nations Zonal Qualifiers.
In the draws conducted on Thursday 28th November on FUFA TV by CECAFA, Uganda Cubs have been pooled in Group A alongside Tanzania, Ethiopia and Burundi.

The team is currently in camp at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru preparing for the Qualifiers that will take place between December 14th to December 28th, 2024 in uganda at the two stadiums including Nakivubo Stadium and St.Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.
The Uganda Cubs is under the stewardship of Brain Ssenyondo and his assistants are Hamza Lutalo and Ronald Ssali.
The best two teams from each group will qualify for the semi finals and the winners will qualify to represent the region in the U-17 AFCON 2024.
Group A: Ethiopia, Tanzania, Eritrea, Burundi
Group B: Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Kenya
