2025 Rally Estonia kicks off with Neuville in lead

The 2025 Rally Estonia, also known as the WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2025, is underway from yesterday July 17 to 20, 2025. This prestigious event marks the 15th running of the Rally Estonia and the eighth round of the 2025 World Rally Championship, WRC2, and WRC3 championships.

Thierry Neuville edged Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 rival Elfyn Evans by just 0.5sec across the 1.48km.

The rally features 20 special stages covering a total competitive distance of 308.35 km. The event is based in Tartu, Estonia, and promises high-speed action on fast gravel roads. Some of the key stages include:

  • Peipsiaare (24.35 km): A challenging mix of speed and variety
  • Kambja (23.74 km): A true test of versatility with wide, flowing gravel roads and big crests
  • Raanitsa (21.45 km): A fast, flowing stage with big jumps and technical sections
  • Kanepi (17.43 km): A high-speed stage with fast and medium-speed corners
  • Otepää (11.15 km): A compact, varied stage with fast and technical sections

Top drivers, including Kalle Rovanpera and Ott Tanak, are competing in the rally, which promises to be a thrilling competition. The event has attracted 41 teams, including 11 Rally1 and 21 Rally2 teams.

With its mix of wide, high-speed forest roads and narrower technical sections, the Rally Estonia is set to be an exciting competition.
