The talented attacking midfielder Jamil Kalisa has joined Rwanda second division side AS Muhanga as the club’s second signing in the ongoing the 2024/25 season.
Kalisa has agreed a six months deal to move to the Rwanda second division side. He started his career with National Sports Academy before joining Lungujja Galaxy. He moved to Bright Stars in the 2018/19 season.

Kalisa was the Futsal Super League MVP for the 2017/18 season with Dream FC before joining Vipers in July 2020. He will be expected to find stiff competition for playing minutes at AS Muhanga who are pursuing to return to the Rwanda national league.
However, AS Muhanga are expected to release some of the players to make room for the new signings. Recently they unveiled Ugandan forward Habib Oloya who once played for St. Mary’s Kitende and Wakiso Giants forward.
