Pajule Lions 1-2 Gaddafi
The 51th Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 matches progressed on Tuesday with two matches played across the country.
The FUFA big league side Gaddafi and the Uganda premier league out fit Bright Stars have joined current Stanbic Uganda Cup holders Kitara, last year’s losing finalists NEC, Express, BUL, Vipers, and Packwach Young Stars on the round of 32.
Soltilo Bright Stars Football Club progressed to the around 32 after a 5-4 penalty shootout victory over Iganga young fc at Iganga Saza playground on Tuesday.
On the other side Fufa big league side Gaddafi football club defeated regional side (third division) Pajule Lions at Pajule primary school play ground in Pader.
The Captain Thomas Kakaire broke the dreadlocks for Pajule to lead and Ronald Bithum scored in each half as Gaddafi FC was defeating Pajule Lions 2-1.
Wednesday Round of 64 Fixtures
URA FC will face off with Kalongo United FC at Kalongo Technical Institute grounds. Mayuge United FC hosts Lugazi FC at Wembley playground while Wakiso Giants will play against Mbarara FC at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.
