BUL FC secured a well-deserved 1-1 draw against Vipers SC in the Uganda Premier league matchday twelve encounter that was played at St Mary’s kitende on Saturday evening.

Pascal Ngobi gave the visitors the lead on 4th minute before Allan Okello replied with penalty for the hosts in 28 minutes of the first half.

Shortly after the final whistle, BUL head coach Abbey Kikomeko heaped lots of praise on his troops after claiming a draw away from home.

“We are happy with the way the boys played. Every player tried to give his best and am happy with how the team looked like,” Kikomeko told the Rora media.

“As a team, we mind our progress and no one else. We shall do everything to achieve that because we know it’s a process,” he added.

“We had the potential to improve and play at a top level,” Kikomeko showered players to keep the spirit ahead of their next tie with Nec FC.

The jinja based side are 10th on the league table with three wins, six draws and three losses.

BUL takes on NEC FC at the Najjembe Stadium in Lugazi on Wednesday 18th December, hoping to put their recent struggles behind.
