The Uganda Cranes and Vipers’ star boy, Allan Okello yesterday night was crowned the 2024 Ugandan Sports Personality of Year at the Zzina Awards.
The glamours ceremony was held on Thursday 13th February 2025 at Galaxy Tower in Kansanga the home of Galaxy FM.
The Zzina Awards recognize and reward Artists, Producers, the Best Fans Team, Songs, and Songwriters who stood out in the year, among other categories.
The 24-year-old put astonishing performance in the last year at Uganda Cranes and Vipers Sports Club.
The 2019 Airtel FUFA Awards Most Valuable Player, has so far scored 12 league goals for Vipers in the 2024/25 Uganda Premier League. Since joining Kitende based side, he has been the venoms favorite player.
