Badru Kaddu suffers third shock defeat of the season

Express FC has suffered a humiliating 0-2 defeat at the hands of BUL FC at the Hamz stadium, Nakivubo under floodlights.

The first half Emmanuel Alex Wasswa’s own goal and Pascal Ngobi’s strike earned BUL FC three points as the Uganda Premier League second round continued.

Wasswa scored in his net in the 13th minute to give visitors lead after a deflection from Nicholas Mwere’s cross whereas Pascal Ngobi sealed off the win with a header in the 40th minute of the game.

Express FC gaffer, Badru Kaddu suffered his third loss of the season after URA FC 2-1 and Kitara 7-0 victories.

Kaddu, said that his team lost control of the game in the first round.

“Our boys played well in the second round and we had managed the game well. However, the first round came with stiff competition from our counterparts and we lost total control over it,” he said.

BUL’s Head Coach Abbey Kikomeko, said the win is a big boost to the players ahead of Mbale Heroes on Sunday.
