Buddu Ssaza has Retains the 2024 winning masaza cup Organizing committee that will oversee the organization of its team for this year’s Airtel Masaza Cup Tournament.
An 32-man committee which will be headed by Joseph Lutaaya as Kagolo Sarah and Mujuzi Thomas Moore act in the assisting capacity.
Zziwa Steven has been named the Team Manager, while Ssegawa Sotious Sebastian becomes the team’s treasurer.
Buddu emerged the last year’s victorious in a thrilling Masaza Cup final, securing their third title after beating Kyaggwe 1-0 at a fully packed Namboole Stadium.
The lone goal, scored by Mike Walaga in the 22nd minute, came from a well-executed header off a precise delivery by Pius Ssebulime.
The last year’s title marks Buddu’s third Masaza Cup win, having previously claimed the trophy in 2016 and 2021.
