BUL maintained their good performance in the second round after they won their fifth consecutive game in the Uganda Premier League.
The Eastern Giants managed to beat URA 2-1 at FUFA Technical Centre Njeru today evening to move to 35 points, five above fifth placed URA.

Martin Aprem and Lawrence Tezikya’s late strike saw BUL continue with their winning run in the second round. Laban Tibita scored a consolation for URA who have had inconsistent performances this season.
BUL also managed to record a double over the tax collectors they defeated 1-0 in the first round at Hamz stadium.
This was the first game for BUL to be played at Njeru after laying on new artificial turf.
