Buluuli has appointed Mukasa Nasibu as their new head coach ahead of the forthcoming 2025 Buganda Masaza Cup.
The one time Buganda Masaza Cup winners, Buluuli has taken on experienced Nasibu as former Uganda crane’s striker Anthony Bongoole replacement.
Mukasa’s technical bench has been boosted by Kafero Robert as assistant and Kasozi Rajab as trainer. Coach Mukasa was acquired from the record winners Gomba lions.
Buluuli will be seeking for the second title having won in 2011 defeating three times champions Bulemeenzi (2-1).
The one time champions is pitted in Bulange group which features defending champions Buddu, Gomba, the competition’s most successful side, Busiro (2022 winners), Busujju, and Ssese.
Buluuli will face off Ssese in their first fixture of the 2025 Masaza Cup. The prestigious tournament is slated to kick off on 21 June 2025 at Kitovu Sports Arena in Masaka.
