Kings College Budo Rugby team have been boosted by JESA Dairy Farm with three full kits for all the school rugby teams this year.
The “Red Lions” who are the national champions started the season with a defeat by the ‘Fumblers’ Namilyango who beat them 26-7 in agame played in Budo.

However, after the JESA boost the two-time national champions London College in what is expected to be a mouth wateriong fixture because they must win it.
The Red Lions’ captain Simon Katinti is all heads up and believes that they will emerge victor on Sunday.
The kit included the bags, Home and away Jersey, the jackets and the training jersey.

“We are excited to get this support from JESA and I promise we shall not let them. We lost to Namilyango but it was a learning lesson and we coming uip strong to go to the semi-finals,” Katinti said.
JESA Executive director Geoffrey Mulwana noted that supporting the Budo Rugby team symbolises his company’s commitment to empower the youth by giving them the opportunity to exercise their talents.

“Sports play an incredibly important role in shaping the young minds and bodies. It teaches discipline, teamwork, unity, Resilience and Power of Perseverance. And we hope that this new Kit will serve as a symbol of confidence to the team. This donation is meant to help the team push to new levels of excellence both in sports and life,” Mulwana said.
The school deputy headteacher Godfrey Kasamba assured JESA and the public of the school’s commitment to promote sports and especially keeping Budo as the school’s rugby power house in the country.
