Police FC defeated URA FC by 2-0 score in the Uganda Premier League matchday twenty four at Kavumba Recreation playgrounds this Friday evening.
Second half goals from Umar Kasumba. He broke dreadlocks in the 70th of the game and two minutes later he completed a brace to guide Police FC to maximum points.

For URA FC, they created more than enough chances to win the contest but were let down by poor finishing.
Bruno Bunyaga who has struggled in front of goal was missing the lion-share of the chances.
Since the departure of coach Simon Peter Mugerwa, Police FC are still unbeaten in three league matches this win following (2-0) against Mbarara city and goalless draw against BUL FC.
The victory takes Police to 30 points but remains 12th on table after their rivals Lugazi FC winning their game.

The loss remains the tax collector’s 4th on Uganda Premier League table with 42 points from 25 games.
In their next fixtures, Police will be away to KCCA FC on Tuesday, April 29 while URA FC will host the record champions SC Villa on Wednesday 30th April 2025.
