Kenya is set to make history as it hosts the opening leg of the HSBC SVNS 2, the second season of the revamped global rugby sevens circuit, on February 14-15, 2026, at Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi. This marks a significant milestone for the nation and East Africa, putting Kenyan rugby on the global map.

The tournament will feature thrilling matches in both men’s and women’s divisions:

  • Men’s Division: Kenya (Shujaa) takes on USA, Uruguay, and Germany, battling for promotion to the top tier.
