Kyaggwe Ssaza County chief Owek. Ssekiboobo Matovu Vincent has officially confirmed the technical staff ahead of preparations for the 2026 Buganda Masaza Football Tournament.
Experienced tactician Ronald Ssali has been appointed head coach of Kyaggwe, replacing Mugerwa Simon, who moves into the role of technical adviser.
Ssali is widely known for his successful spell at St. Mary’s Boarding Secondary School, Kitende, where he won several championships. He is currently head coach of Bukedea Comprehensive School.

He has also previously worked with several Masaza teams including Mawokota
,Buweekula,Busiro and Bulemeezi as well as Prosper Soccer Academy.
Kyaggwe’s appointment of Ronald Ssali signals serious ambition for the 2026 title challenge. With his winning pedigree in schools football and prior Masaza experience, Kyaggwe could be one of the strongest contenders this season.

The 2026 Masaza Cup is scheduled to start on June 13, with defending champions Buweekula hosting the opening match.

Kyaggwe were knocked out in the 2025 semi-finals by eventual champions Buweekula after penalties:
