The Masaza Cup Organizing Committee has taken disciplinary action against two officials following incidents in recent matches.
Buweekula FC CEO Fined
Joseph Kyambadde, the Chief Executive Officer of Buweekula FC, has been fined 1,000,000 Ugandan shillings for verbally attacking referees during the team’s opening match against Mawokota last Sunday. The match, which Mawokota won 2-1, was played at Buwuma Ssaza ground.

Kyaddondo Security Officer Banned
In a separate incident, the Masaza Cup Organizing Committee has banned Kyaddondo Ssaza security officer, Mr. Ssebagala Suliaman, from two matches for attacking match officials during Kyaddodo’s previous game against Bulemenzi. The ban will take effect during Kyaddodo’s upcoming matches against Buvuma and Bugerere.

Buweekula FC will return to action this Sunday against Bugerere at Mubende NTC playground.
