Charles Waibi capitalised on an assist from Innocent Media to fire home the only goal of the match, giving the hosts a 1-0 lead.Calvary made several substitutions in an attempt to turn the game around, but despite their efforts, they couldn’t find the equaliser. NEC held firm, securing the three points with a resilient defensive display.
