NEC FC seek to return to winning ways as they host struggling Soltilo Bright Stars at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo today, Wednesday under the flood lights.
NEC FC comes into the game after playing out a 1-1 draw against URA FC and so are much aware of how the maximum points are to keep them in the title race. In their last five league games, NEC FC have won twice, drawn twice and lost once.
NEC FC is to be without key players Enock Ssebagala and James Jarieko who are suspended after accumulating three bookings but they welcome back defenders David Bayiga and Gideon Odong who missed the previous game .
The Kavumba based side come into the game on the back of three winless matches and have only managed one victory in eleven Premier League matches.
Their two Premier League meetings last season ended in stalemates that is goalless at Lugogo and 1-1 in Kavumba.
Soltilo Bright Stars lie at the bottom of the league standings with only 6 points from 11 games and a win could see them move to 9 points though still in relegation
