The 2005 Uganda Premier league champions have announced partnership with Mafro Sports, an international company as their official kit Supplier this Friday evening at Police Headquarters in Naguru.
The ceremony was graced by Chief executive Officer (CEO) MAFRO Sports, Mr Mahmoud Gomda and Police FC Chairman SCP Halango Timothy among others.
The partnership that is to run for three years until 2027 and will see Mafro Sports manufacture and supply Police FC with playing, training and travel wear.
As Official kit supplier, the agreement will see Mafro Sports outfitting the Police FC senior team as well as the technical team.
This partnership is set to redefine football excellence, as Police FC champion top-tier sportswear and elevate the game to new heights.
The Singapore sports supplier Mafro Sport are involved in three different sports in Uganda including; Rugby, Football and Cricket.
The Cops became the third football club to partner with the company including KCCA FC, NEC FC and Lugazi football club while in Rugby for Heathens Rugby club and Toyota Buffaloes Rugby club.
SCP Halango Timothy, Chairman of Police FC, expressed his appreciation for the partnership, emphasizing its potential to foster youth talent development, contribute to crime prevention through sports, and improve the community’s livelihoods.
“We welcome Mafro Sports as our new official kit supplier and expect them to be an incredible partner of the club. We look forward to working with them to serve players and supporters.”
Speaking on behalf of MAFRO, Mahmood Mahmoud Gomda, CEO of MAFRO Sports Singapore, reiterated the company’s commitment to providing high-quality kits and working closely with the club to enhance its performance.
