Police unveils South Sudanese international as Isaac Ogwang replacement

Police FC has unveiled South Sudanese international forward Emmanuel Loki as Isaac Ogwang replacement.

The former Buddo SS sharp shooter joins the Cops from Kasasiro Boys (KCCA FC) where he had spent one and half years.

Loki has been awarded with six months employment contract that will keep him at the club until August 2025.

The announcement was made via the club’s socials on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 evening.

Loki also reunites with the cops’ head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa who gave him platform at Buddo SS, Bright stars and Bulemenzi Ssaza. He Clinched the Copa coca cola championship in 2019 in Mbarara with him.

At Bulemenzi they won the 2019 Masaza Cup at Mandela national stadium with Loki scoring the winning goal for Bulemenzi.

He also featured for KCCA FC and South Sudan U20, U23, and senior Men’s National sides.

“I am delighted to have joined Police FC, one of the biggest clubs in Uganda,” Loki was quoted by one of the club’s socials.

“I am looking forward to the challenge of playing in various competitions and helping the club to achieve its goals. I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to the team,” he added.

Police finished the first round in the 10th position with 18 points. They will start the second round on the road against Lugazi FC on Wednesday, 12th February, 2025
