She Corporate FC have laid down a marker ahead of the 2025–26 FUFA Women Super League season by unveiling Burundian coach Ininahazwe Belyse as their new head coach.
The Jinja-based side, who endured an underwhelming campaign last term and finished sixth, are looking to rediscover their competitive edge. By entrusting the reins to Ininahazwe, one of East Africa’s most respected female coaches, the Sharks have sent a strong message to their rivals.

The 34-year-old, who has penned a two-year contract, carries an impressive résumé that cuts across both women’s and men’s football. She most recently worked as an assistant coach with the Burundi women’s national team at the 2025 CECAFA Women’s Championship, and in 2023 she broke new ground as the first woman to coach a top-tier men’s club in Burundi with AS Inter Star.
Her trailblazing journey began nearly a decade ago when she swapped her boots for the dugout at La Colombe, the side she captained to six league titles during her playing days. Today, armed with a CAF B License and a reputation for tactical boldness, she is widely seen as one of Burundi’s finest football minds.
She Corporate will be banking on her Guardiola-inspired attacking philosophy to turn them into title contenders again. Club insiders confirmed that she will unveil her technical team in the coming days.

Ininahazwe becomes only the second foreign coach in the FUFA Women Super League, after Ethiopian tactician Asefa Firew Haile Gabreal at Kampala Queens. Her arrival also highlights the growing regional appeal of the Ugandan women’s game, which continues to attract top talent from across East Africa.
The 2025–26 Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League kicks off in early October, and She Corporate will now enter it with renewed optimism under their new tactician.
