As the countdown continues to the 2025 Safari Rally Kenya, organizers remains restless as they work around providing a much better experience for the spectators.

Safari Rally Kenya, the third round of the 2025 World Rally Championship is scheduled for March 20th – 23rd in Naivasha and Nairobi.

The rally will feature new stages, including Morendat Farm in Naivasha and Camp Moran. The shakedown stage will move from Loldia to Sleeping Warrior in Naivasha. To ensure safety, entries are capped at 50 cars.

The WRC Safari rally CEO, Charles Gacheru confirmed a plan to ensure that the event gets closer to the local people and the visiting fans.

“One of the focuses we have this year is to make the rally more accessible to the public. And especially, we have a big focus on the people who cannot afford to go to the stages. Sometimes to access the rally, you need to be driving. But there are a few areas where you can access the rally in places like Hell’s Gate on Sunday (March 23),” said the Safari Rally CEO.

“But, we are setting up a public rally village at Morendat Farm, which is located just 4km from the Delamere Shop as you go towards Nakuru on the right,” he added.

Just like the previous year, the prize giving will be maintained at the Hell’s Gate spectator area. Which is also the stage end for the Wolf power stage. The move is intended to give spectators a chance to celebrate with the winners.

“We are trying our level best in 2025 to ensure the public can really access the rally and of course on television. WRC Safari Rally is live globally beamed by WRC TV, which carries out a beautiful operation to transmit,” said the Safari rally CEO.
