After conquering 91.84 kilometers of day one SMC Masaka Rally yesterday, a total of 27 drivers have today, Sunday embarked on the fight for finish and points.

In a rainy morning, the are to set off with a 52km liaison to Sembabule Service Park, where their cars will get a 15-minute service.
From there, a 11.67km stage named Toyota Chairman will be done. This stage is a cautious one though fast. It’s the same stage which will be done as the Power Stage later in the day.

15.68km Kagango stage will be done too before the 25.89km Lugusulu stage as per rally itenery.

Day one was won by the Masaka born boy, Ponsiano Lwakataka who post a total time of 00:48:50.10 minutes just two minutes and some seconds ahead of Ronald Ssebuguzi who posted a total time of 00:50:11:44. Musa Ssegaabwe in a Mitsubishi Evo 9 finished third with Subaru XV driver, Peter Kalule coming in fourth position.
