The 2025 Uganda Handball Super league action packed match day two returned on Saturday at Old Kampala Arena with a blend of competitive fire, last minutes drama and a few unexpected walkovers.

303 goals were scored in the Six matches played on the day. Of these 80 goals were scored in three women games whilst 223 goals coming in the three men matches.

Makerere Handball Club saw the pendulum of success securing their maiden victory with a narrow 35-34 triumph over Evergreen, who struggled to contain their resilient opponents.

In another closely contested affair, Police battled to a hard-fought 42-39 victory against Uzalendo. In an end goal fest, Police outpaced Uzalendo in spectacular showdown to close the day in Style.

Meanwhile, Wanainchi faced a comprehensive sanitization from UPDF, succumbing to a formidable 54-19 defeat.

On the women’s front, Nkajja endured a 31-29 loss against UPDF in closely fought match that showcased resilience and sharp shooting from both sides.

Police Women were awarded a walkover win with 10 goals after Wanainchi failed to honor the fixture and also Kyengeza Bees were handed a walkover victory with 10 goals as Ndejje University turned up for the clash past time.
