Ugandan riders has run riot as they dominated heat one podium places of the Central Africa Motocross Championship (CAC).

The round took place at Smart Beach, Mityana with 38 riders from Uganda and Tanzania competing. Kenya the usual Uganda’s stubborn competitor in the sport didn’t participate.

The only podium place that went to Tanzania was the MX1 first position taken by Masoud Seif Khamis who beat the likes of Isma Mukiibi.
Gift Ssebuguzi, Jerome Mubiru and Dan Mitima took the 1,2,3 places respectively in the MX125 cc claa. They were joined by Rogers Ssebunya, Asraf Mbabazi and JB Achal in the MX Vet.

Miguel Katende, Jonathan Katende and Ethan Katek in that order, controlled the MX65cc class, Jamirah Makumbi, Joy Akao and Faith Deedan commanded the MX65cc ladies class as Ethan Musedde, Larry Ssekamwa and Heyden Kaliisa took the MX65cc podium places.
CAC continues tomorrow with two more heats to seal the first round.
