The long awaited fixture for the 2025 Uganda Handball Super League has been released and set to throw off on Saturday 29th March 2025 with three matches that will start at 10 am to 5:30 pm for both men and women at Old Kampala Arena.
According to UHF, Games that will be played during weekends and will strictly be hosted at Old Kampala Arena as the league will be played on home and away basis with 15 teams both Men and Women.
The Men’s division is made up of eight teams including UPDF, Uganda Police, Uganda Prison, Kampala University, Ndejje University, Uzalendo, Wanainchi, Makerere University and Evergreen.
While Women consist of eight teams namely, UPDF, Uganda Police, Ndejje University, Victoria University, Kawanda SSS, Nkaja, Wanainchi and Kyengeza Bees.
The opening fixture will be between Prisions against Wanainchi at 10 am for Women, as Wanainchi face Ndejje University at 2:30 am in men’s category.
