KAMPALA – The Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) will officially crown the kings and queens of the track today, January 3, 2026, at the highly anticipated 2025 Annual Awards ceremony at Silver Springs Hotel in Bugolobi.
The gala serves as a grand celebration of speed, skill, and endurance, honoring National Rally and Motocross champions from the past three years.
This multi-year recognition highlights the resilience of the sport and ensures that the grit shown by drivers throughout the recent seasons receives its due spotlight.
Beyond the podium finishers, the FMU will also present prestigious accolades such as “Safety Marshal of the Year” and the coveted “Motorsport Personality of the Year.” The federation is also set to honor the “engines” behind the scenes corporate partners and sponsors including media, the Ruparelia Group and Vivo Energy Uganda, whose continued investment has kept the sport on track.
