The battle grounds have been set for the 2025 WRC Safari Rally Kenya following the publication of the entry list.
Safari Rally Kenya, the third round of the World Rally Championship and the first gravel event this season is slated for 20th – 23rd March.
10 crews will be competing in the priority category and it will be these group that will be vying for the top spot in the rally1 cars. They include current WRC leader Elfyn Evans, two-time WRC champion Kalle Rovanpera among others.
Another bunch of crews will compete in the WRC2 category which includes the national heroes, Carl Tundo and Karan Patel going against international crews like Oliver Solberg.
For national crews will feature in the WRC3 category.
WRC Safari Rally Kenya will double as an African Rally Championship.
19 crews will compete under the ARC category in both the top tier category as well as ARC2 and ARC3.
Uganda’s Yasin Nasser will be out to represent the rest of the region in Kenya in his Ford Fiesta Rally2.
