KCCA FC has officially parted ways with head coach Abdallah Mubiru following a string of poor results in the Uganda Premier League.
Mubiru, whose contract was initially set to run until the end of the season, was relieved of his duties after a board meeting held earlier today.

His dismissal comes in the wake of KCCA’s humiliating 4-0 defeat to Kitara FC last week in Hoima a result that proved to be the final straw for the club’s leadership.
Interestingly, Mubiru did not attend Monday’s crucial board meeting, reportedly due to illness, but the decision to sack him proceeded regardless.
In the interim, Jackson Magera has been appointed to take over the reins as the club searches for a permanent replacement.
