The rivalry is heating up! As Ugandan rally fans eagerly await the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally on May 8th-10th, they’re in for a treat with young talents Kevin Bebeto and Ahmed Kateete gearing up for a thrilling showdown in the CRC category.
Both 19-year-old drivers, with Bebeto being the nephew of legendary Kuku Ranjit and Kateete the son of rally driver Abdul Kateete, are ready to push each other to the limit.

The rivalry between these Subaru Impreza drivers is intense, with each having beaten the other in the previous two rounds of the Uganda National Rally Championship.
Bebeto won in Mbarara, but Kateete struck back in Masaka. Now, they’re set to clash again, with the stakes higher than ever.
In the CRC category, Walter Kibande leads with 35 points, followed by Kateete (26 points), Robert Kiggundu Ssentongo (25 points), and Bebeto (22 points).

As Bebeto and Kateete make their debut in the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally, these young drivers will showcase their skills and determination, vying for good position finishes.
