Rally driver Musa Ssegaabwe has warned his critics that he may prove them wrong this season. Currently second in the National Rally Championship (NRC) with 132.5 points, Ssegaabwe is determined to win the title. He is trailing leader Ronald Ssebuguzi, who has 142 points.
Ssegaabwe was spotted preparing for the fourth round of the Bugerere Stabex EMC rally, which will take place in Kayunga and Jinja. He has switched to a more strategic approach this season, using his experience and brain to extract useful points and gain an advantage.

“I have moved from just racing to driving responsibly and with a lot of brains,” Ssegaabwe said. “Racing is like a math lesson, every race you enter, you have to use a lot of brain to extract useful points and get you into the next race.” With a strong performance, Ssegaabwe aims to close the gap with Ssebuguzi and take the lead in the NRC.
The Bugerere Stabex EMC rally will cover a total distance of 307 kilometers, with 154 kilometers being competitive stages. The event will take place on July 10-12 in Kayunga and Jinja.
