URA FC has extended the services of one of its most dynamic attackers, Joseph Ssemujju, who has renewed his contract that will see him remain with the club until 2027.
The 25-year-old forward, known for his explosive pace and direct play, has become a cornerstone of the Tax Collectors’ frontline since his arrival in January 2023 from Tanzanian outfit Mbeya City FC.
In just two seasons, Ssemujju has left his mark, registering 7 goals and 6 assists in 52 appearances, and amassing nearly 3,000 minutes of action. His versatility across the front line and relentless drive have made him a fan favorite and a constant threat to opposition defenses.

Reacting to the new deal, Ssemujju nicknamed “Bagi” by teammates and fans alike expressed his excitement and appreciation:
“I’m truly honored to extend my journey with URA FC. The faith the club has shown in me motivates me even more. I’m focused on helping the team compete for trophies and making our supporters proud.”
With Ssemujju locked in for the long haul, URA FC continues to build a strong foundation as they eye domestic and continental ambitions in the seasons ahead.
