Uganda v Zambia
Uganda Cubs put up a stellar performance as they defeated neighbors Tanzania 3-0 in Morocco in the U17 AFCON.
This was huge response from the players who had earlier lost 5-0 to hosts Morocco in the opening game on Monday.
James Bogere, Richard Okello and Simon Wanyama each had a goal for Uganda.
The three-week tournament will climax on April 19. Uganda is in Group A alongside Morocco, Zambia and Tanzania.
The win helped Cubs to improve their FIFA U-17 World Cup ambition. They will face Zambia in their final game of the group stages on Sunday.
Tanzania lost the first game 4-1 to Zambia and will be playing against hosts, Morocco in the last group game.
