The second edition of the Eid Day Cup is set to take place on Eid day at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo, under the theme “Unity, Faith, and Excellence.”
This highly anticipated day-long championship will feature enticing football matches, cultural celebrations, and a spirit of brotherhood as the Muslim community marks the end of Ramadan.
The Arab African Group for Trade and Investment is one of the event’s key partners. The group’s chairman and CEO, Al Hajji Yasin Musa Alzain, confirmed this partnership during the official launch at MTN Omondi Stadium on Monday.

Participating teams: Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), Parliament of Uganda, Police, TV and Radio Personalities, Sheikhs and Imams, Digital Media, Hajjs, Corporates. Special “Alzain Match”: Diplomats vs. Defending Champions.

Winners: UGX 3,000,000
Runners-up: UGX 2,000,000
Third place: UGX 1,000,000
