Wakiso Hills takes Frank Mulindwa as new head coach

The CAF “B” licensed tactician, Frank Mulindwa has taken charge of Wakiso Hill Women Football team after being officially appointed as its new head coach for the 2024/2025 Finance Trust Bank Super League.

Mulindwa will work alongside another CAF “C” Licensed coach in Ssaka John as his immediate assistant and the duo was tasked to win Wakiso Hills next game against Tororo Queen’s on Saturday in search for their first win of the season and also guide the team to relegation survival.

Ibrahim Ssendawula will be the new goalkeeping coach while Tonny Mutebi and Tusuubira Moses will serve as fitness coach and third assistant coach respectively.

The announcement comes after the Wakiso Hills termination of Rogers Nkugwa’s contract after 2-0 defeat to She Corporate at MUBS Arena in Nakawa.

The Antelopes who are playing their second season in the top flight league have had a poor start and languish in the drop zone. The team is currently second from bottom on 4 points from eight games and yet to win a game this season.
