Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club has confirmed the appointment of Jackson Magera, Kaddu and Brian Ssenyondo as co-head coaches for the senior men’s team, with immediate effect.
The move signals a new era for the club, as it seeks to blend continuity with innovation in its technical approach.
Magera, a well-known and trusted name within the KCCA FC setup, returns to a leading role having previously served as interim head coach, assistant coach, and academy manager.
He also brings experience from his time with Uganda’s U15 and U17 national teams. His deep-rooted knowledge of the club’s identity and philosophy makes him a natural fit to guide the team forward.

Partnering with him is Brian Ssenyondo, a youthful tactician celebrated for his work at both local and international levels. His dynamic and progressive style of coaching is expected to inject fresh energy and new ideas into the team’s tactical framework.
By appointing co-coaches, KCCA FC is embracing a collaborative leadership model aimed at fostering unity, shared responsibility, and a well-rounded approach to football management. The club expresses confidence in the duo’s combined ability to steer the team to future success and extends its full support to Magera and Ssenyondo as they embark on this shared journey.
