Only the top two finishers will earn the right to represent East Africa at the continental qualifiers in West Africa later this year.
For the hosts, this is more than just another tournament. Uganda has assembled a squad drawn from four educational institutions—St Peter’s SS Nsambya, Panyadoli Self Help SS, Ashinaga Uganda, and Queens SS Nansana—creating a unique blend of talent from across the country.
The preparations have been meticulous. A two-week residential camp at St Peter’s SS Nsambya has given the squad time to gel, develop tactics, and build the chemistry needed to navigate a demanding three-day competition.
